A Bit About Me
Hello,

My name is Ella. I live in the Blue Mountains with my husband and our delightful, wonderful, wacky, colourful, loud, boisterous, gorgeous 5 children. Becoming a mum at a fairly young age has been by far my biggest achievement, my biggest physical and emotional journey and my biggest learning moments.
I join so many parents in proudly boasting about their own children...."my children are what make my life so amazingly beautiful"

Whilst raising our family I have completed a Bachelor of Science-Health Promotion, Master of Teaching and Doula training.

I have always been fascinated by pregnancy, birth and babies. Having younger siblings, remembering my mum pregnant and meeting my glorious newborn brother only hours old. However it was when I fell pregnant with my first, it was only then that my interest and fondness of pregnancy, birth and beyond really turned into a passion.
I was so content and in awe of my body and how it was changing and adapting to grow my baby. It wasn't until pregnancy did I actually appreciate and learn to love my body and how capable it was.
I felt so at ease with birth, I was excited and ready.
I have had 5 wonderful pregnancies and births where I felt supported and empowered to enjoy and trust my body and my baby.

I believe all women should feel safe, supported, calm and empowered to understand and truly enjoy their pregnancy and birth.
